Last day of summer vacation

Andrew's last day of summer vacation was on August 15th.  We all went to his school orientation in the morning to see his class and meet his new teacher.  After orientation, I took the boys to the splash park until lunch.  The boys had so much fun that after naps we went back to the splash park, so the second time I brought my camera.  I need to fit in at least one more trip before it closes for the season.  Too bad, Elliott is just really starting to enjoy it, oh well, next year!

They both love to play with the little sprinklers.  Elliott liked watching the big kids play too. Look how straight he can sit now!

(For fun, this is Elliott as the splash park back in May!  Has he changed or what?)

Fun pouring water and banging & climbing on benches.

Then we moved on to the stream!  It was really warm out so Andrew liked splashing and Elliott liked rock climbing.

They both had fun playing in the area where the water pools and is a bit deeper.  Elliott liked trying to navigate the uneven bottom with all the random rocks.

Adorable. Sam's favorite part is throwing rocks too. (And stealing.) ;)
