Christmas Eve & Day

We had a family day on Christmas Eve. We went sledding, grabbed a cup of coffee, played board games, had steak fondue for dinner, and drove around and looked at lights.

Here are a few sledding pictures.

I guess Andrew liked it (I see the smile!) but we kept having wardrobe malfunctions so we all got cold. We'll have to try it again before the snow melts!

On Christmas Day we took Andrew to church in the morning. We haven't before because the doctors warned us about him getting sick there. Of course he did catch a cold, but RSV isn't too prevalent here yet so he's okay.

He did OK in church - he doesn't understand that he needs to sit, hates being held, and is not lured by food. He loved the lights, trees, and star. He lasted for about 10-15 minutes at the beginning and maybe 10 or so at the end. He is obsessed with running up and down ramps, and our church is full of them! Rut roh!

After church we opened presents. "Mommy! I found a present!"

From Mommy & Daddy :-) He loves Mr. Potato Head's glasses.

One more Christmas post, and then I'm moving on to Andrew's birthday posts!

Piper got Mr. Potato Head, too! She LOVES it, I imagine Andrew feels the same.
