Baja Pork Tacos (in Slow Cooker)

Cut roast (one 3-lb boneless pork sirloin) in half and place in slow cooker. In small bowl combine 5 4-oz cans of green chilies, 2 tbsp taco seasoning, and 1 Tbsp ground cumin. Pour over pork. Cover and cook on high 8-9 hours.

Remove pork and shred with fork. Return to slow cooker and heat. Spoon pork on a tortilla - top with lettuce and cheese.
